I grew up in a town of about 1,100 people with my brother who is 2 years older then me and my mom and dad. my brother and i walked to school everyday since we only lived about 5 blocks away. My grade only had 48 people in it so I got to know everyone very well. I joined wrestling as soon as I could and every winter my dad and i would go to elementary tournaments around our area. At 7 years old my parents got divorced and my dad, brother, and I moved out to the country about 15 miles out of my hometown. From that point on my brother and i had to “grow up” fast. from the time I was 14 I would work construction in the summer and play football in the fall and wrestle in the winter all the way until the end of may. That is about how my whole high school career went. I decided to come to Rochester because it was very far from my home town and i wanted to get away and meet new people. It is probably one of the best decisions I have made in my life.
